The adorable and wonderful TV host Liz Claman was born on 12th of December 1963 in Beverly Hills, California. She was born to her late father, Dr. Morris Claman and her mother, June Bevrly Claman. Her birth name is Elizabeth Kate Claman. She was from upper class Canadian family with Russian decent father and Romanian decent mother and she is of American nationality. She belongs to Jewish family and she is one of the five children of her parents.


She was diagnosed with mild scoliosis in her childhood. However, she completed the New York Marathon in 2006. She trained for a triathlon in 2009 and completed the 2010 New York City Triathlon. She was a big fan of Peter Frampton when she was younger.


Liz Calman was a disc jockey for the school radio station, WPAA at Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts for one summer.  Later she went to Beverly Hills High School and she also studied at University of California, Santa Cruz. Claman initiated her career in television as a production assistant for Ann Curry, Paula Zahn and Jim Lampley at the television station KCBS-TV at Los Angeles. She did her first on-air reporting job was at WSYX TV, Columbus, Ohio. Then she hosted a local morning talk show, Morning Exchange at WEWS-TV at Boston. She started her career in CNBC as a freelancer in April 1998. She has hosted the shows in past at CNBC such as Morning Call, Cover to Cover, Before the Bell, Wake Up Call, and Today’s Business.

She was also writer. She has written a book named, “The Best Investment Advice I Ever Received” which was published in November, 2006. Claman wrote another book with Tracy Byrnes which was released on June 2008.

Her career in Fox Business Network began on Octob4r 18, 2007. She has been working as a host of the popular show Countdown to the Closing Bell, Fox Business and After The Bell.

The couple is satisfied with each other and they have two children together; a son, Julian and a daughter, Gabrielle (nick name, Gaby). As their relationship is going very well, there is a rare chance of divorce in their lives. There have been no any rumors of affair and other such activities recorded till now.
