Alfie Evan Allen The English star was born on 12 September 1986 Allen in Hammersmith, London, to Keith Allen, and film producer Alison Owen. Not only that he came to limelight in the international attention when he was cast as Theon Greyjoy in the HBO medieval fantasy series Game of Thrones in 2011. He is best known for his role as Theon Greyjoy in the HBO series Game of Thrones. Allen went to St John's College in Southsea, Portsmouth; and the Fine Arts College, Hampstead where he studied for his A levels. The British actor and Game of Thrones star in the HBO fantasy drama spent much of season there being tortured and appearing largely nude. His mother Alison Owen produced films like Elizabeth, Sylvia and Proof. His father Keith Allen is a member of Fat Les. His older sisters are Lily and Sarah Owen of the Lucy in Disguise fashion brand. He was the subject of Lily Allen's song Alfie in her debut album Alright Still, and has starred in Elizabeth, Agent Cody Banks 2: Destination London and Atonement. His sister is popstar Lily Allen who once wrote a less-than-flattering song about him called 'Alfie'. He was engaged to actress Jaime Winstone until they split in 2010.
Alfie Allen and Jaime Winstone were reportedly split by ending their three year relationship blaming the pressure of work on their break-up but many believed that it was because the "spark" had gone from their relationship. The pair briefly broke up in 2008 while Alfie was on tour with the play Equus. The 21-year-old actor says he read more books when he was a teenager. These days, he is reading more film scripts than books. But, he has no answer what for because it's secret. He says he enjoys reading books on criminology about hard guys and drug dealers.
He also loves to read autobiographies of Curtis Warren, Roy "Pretty Boy" Shaw, Lenny McLean, and Charles Bronson. Allen's first professional appearance was in a one-off Channel 4 comedy, You Are Here in 1998, co-written by Matt Lucas and David Walliams. The same year, Allen and his sister Lily appeared in the 1998 film, Elizabeth, produced by their mother. His early work included small roles in Agent Cody Banks 2: Destination London, directed by his uncle Kevin Allen, the film Atonement and in BBC1's historical hospital drama, Casualty 1907, as Nobby Clark.
The English act says he watches a lot of DVDs, among them recently Airplane!, a hilarious Eighties classic. In an interview he said, “I have been listening to songs on my sister Lily Allen's new album, which you guys haven't heard yet. On my iPod, I've been listening to Echo & the Bunnymen's "The Killing Moon"; Tony Bennett's "The Good Life"; Kasabian's "Empire"; Klaxons' "Golden Skans" and Daft Punk's "De Funk". Similarly, he enjoys doing Theatre rather than watching it. “I don't follow art, but I'm interested in it. My favourite artist is Damien Hirst.
The last exhibition I went to was Pop Art Portraits at the National Portrait gallery at the end of last year,” he said.
